What is the Refund Policy?

Reservation Failed Transaction: If amount getting debited from customer account and ticket not issued, We will refund the entire Fare and PauloTouristCentre service charges electronically(as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

Booking Cancellation Policy

No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed Booking of Tour tickets.

Can I request Pickup/ collection at different points?

Once you book you are not allowed to change the pickup location. There are three Pickup Points available:

  1. Margao Railway Station.
  2. KTC Bus Stand.
  3. Colva Beach Circle.

Do we provide Group Tour?

Yes.

Are the Charges same for AC & Non-AC Booking?

No! They are Different

A/C: Rs.220/-

Non A/C: Rs.200/-

Does the customer Need to Bear any other fees/charges apart from booking the tour?

Yes! Only For Boat Cruise (North Goa Tour), the Cost is Rs.200/Person

What is the booking process?

Step 1: Choose the relevant tour package, Fill in the necessary information about the booking ( Pickup point, Seats to be booked, Vechicle Type, Date of Tour).

Step 2: Proceed to the Payment page by clicking the ” Book Now ” button and your package will be added into your cart.

Step 3: Proceed next to the checkout page for payment, Enter the correct and relevant information needed for billing.

Step 4: Accept the Terms and Conditions and place the booking order.

Step 5: An Invoice will be generated and emailed to you upon successful transaction in booking.

How is a Group Booking Done?

When a minimum of 5 seats are booked by the clientele PauloTouristCentre considers that a group/family booking and ensures the group tags along in the same vehicle.

Is there concession for children?

Children above 6 years will be charged full ticket. ID proof of the child mandatory.

What is the maximum intake of customers in a vehicle?

Tourist operated subjected to minimum of 12 seats in Mini Bus and 20-40 seats in a Bus

Do we undertake hotel and bus booking apart from tours?

Yes! our services extends to hotel booking for our clientele if needed/on demand, they can contact us through our contact provided on our website.
